Mobile Chef is owned by Jamie Gatewood.  After much hard work and dedication, which was a ten year process, Jamie officially launched the business in 2017. Mobile Chef was created with diversity in mind, as the owner herself is multiracial. Mobile Chef aims to please customers with unique dishes inspired by different countries and cultures from around the world.

Doug and Christy Truxel are avid "Foodies" who have decided to join their family and try their hand in the food truck industry. After many great experimental runs with online food videos, Doug and Christy have found the most tasty creation in their fried triangle perfections. They are proudly serving up American Cuisine fried triangles near you.

Frost Fairy is owned by Jennifer Gatewood-Hinebaugh. Frost Fairy is a family owned business that serves premium Italian ice and sorbet. During the pandemic, Jennifer was faced with a disabled husband and two school aged children. Shortly after, the idea of Frost Fairy came about.
